A Different Approach to Wellness

I’m Amanda Simon, a certified wellness professional with a background in health, fitness, and behavior change. I work with women who are tired of chasing quick fixes and want a steady, sustainable way to feel better in their bodies.

My work focuses on building habits that support real life. That means looking at movement, nutrition, stress, sleep, and mindset together, not in isolation. Instead of overhauling everything at once, we focus on small, intentional changes that add up over time.

I know how frustrating it is when what used to work suddenly doesn’t. When energy dips, sleep becomes unpredictable, and your body starts sending mixed signals, it’s easy to feel disconnected or unsure of what to do next.

My goal is to help women rebuild trust in their bodies, understand what’s changing, and move forward with clarity and confidence. No perfection required. Just thoughtful support, honest conversations, and habits that last.

Wellness doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. It just has to be honest, consistent, and built around your real life.
